Campaigners say autistic individuals are being left to “fall by the cracks” by the social care system.
Analysis carried out by the Health Foundation for BBC News suggests round 10 per cent of social care employees have had any coaching in find out how to help folks with autism.
And the National Autistic Society say greater than 300,000 individuals are not getting their wants met by their native social providers. That’s regardless of 5.6 billion kilos – 40% of native authority spending on social care – being spent on folks with studying disabilities and autism.
