The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is hiring crypto custody agency Anchorage Digital to deal with a trove of seized cryptocurrencies together with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash.
The USMS is a legislation enforcement company of the U.S. Department of Justice and a key half of the division’s Asset Forfeiture Program. The USMS’s Asset Forfeiture Division seeks to “improve public security and safety” by cracking down on organized crime operations and eradicating monetary incentives for committing federal crimes.
